What Do We Guarantee For You?
We want to give you the best work station experience possible. And since we stand behind our products 100%, we’ll let you try it out for 30 days, risk-free. If you’re not completely happy with your product for any reason, simply contact us email@example.com
Thanks to our risk-free 30-day guarantee, you may return HUANUO product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that if you return the product, there are the following points for attention:
- Returns must include all accessories
- Items must include original packaging
- For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- For non-quality related warranty claims, HUANUO refunds the cost of the product itself
- Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. If your product exceeds this warranty period, please be free to contact our customer service team at 800-556-0533 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best to make things right for you.

HUANUO stands behind the quality of our product, and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work to resolve any issues that arise.
A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
