Useful for a solar panel mount.

Bolted a 25w solar panel to a plywood board and used a vesa template to attach the stand to the board. Got me a movable adjustable solar unit.

great value, just make sure it fits your needs

This stand is perfect for my desk setup and a welcome addition to my home office. The desk space now cleared from under my two monitors can now be cluttered with more junk, which to a mad scientist like myself- is much welcomed. The assembly takes only a couple minutes. The VESA mounts fit perfectly on my two monitors with the included hardware. I have two different shape monitors, so here's where you need to give some thought to which monitor stand you purchase... This one has a single arm assembly so both monitors will be mounted at the same height. That height is adjustable, but both monitors will move up and down together when adjusted. If you have two different models/sizes/types of monitor, they may not be perfectly aligned top and bottom- and if they aren't, that cannot be adjusted more than just a tiny amount. I've seen other people review this stand negatively because of this. One of my monitors is a 21' widescreen and the other is a 24' 16:9 and they do NOT line up with each other top and bottom, obviously, because they are different sizes. I rotate my smaller monitor 90 degrees so it's TALL and narrow for reading documents without scrolling. This monitor stand allows you to rotate both monitors independently of each other and I REALLY like that! The base is not super heavy, so you cannot extend your monitors much closer to you than the base. If one needs to do that, the monitor stand needs to be a clamp-style or bolt-through style and not a free standing type. The length of the arms on this stand are more to accommodate wide monitors than to extend forward from the base. If your desk is right up on a wall, you'll need a few inches of clearance behind the stand to accommodate the arms if they are not extended to their widest position. This stand is a BARGAIN and is extremely 'overbuilt' as far as durability. This thing is strong enough, one could hand old CRT monitors off the arms- they are super beefy in construction.So- keep in mind that both monitors mo...

This will hold two monitors C at the same time.

I’m not using it for that, though. A few of my hobbies require that I have reference material at hand without having to use my hands. I can clip data sheets, look-up tables, and flow charts to the two arms and have them available over the work surface but out of the way of my work. This is a strong stand with a reasonably sized footprint. Its holding strength is, of course, overkill for my use, but I can hang a clipboard with a lot of pieces of paper on it with no worries. It is easily assembled and should last for decades.

Very well thought in every step of assembly

Sturdy and well designed. Provide good instruction for every step of assembly and premium parts.

Nice for the money!

This is a nice inexpensive monitor stand, and it is pretty easy to assemble. There are couple things you need to keep in mind. Be careful not to put too much weight on these arms. They can get a little unstable but you can use a bolt to keep it at its most stable. My husband used a board to mount it to for keeping it stable, I think he said a 1 by board. He says it is a nice stand for the price. My husband does like that it freed up his desk for more clutter…ah, more room. LOL! I think it looks nice. Recommend!
